Mammoth Cave offers a self-guided experience where visitors can explore its vast chambers at their own pace. Equipped with an audio guide in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, German, French, and Malay, you'll learn about the cave’s unique formations and its deep historical significance.
The cave played a key role in one of Australia’s most important paleontological discoveries. Within the cave walls, you can spot the fossilised remains of a giant marsupial, preserved for over 50,000 years. After your underground journey, enjoy a tranquil walk through the scenic marri forest, surrounded by native wildlife and plants.
Self-guided tours are available daily from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with extended hours during holidays.
Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
